Job Description:
Immediate need for an Accounting Specialist to join a growing
organization in the Petaluma Area. This company provides a team
environment where ongoing training is provided. If you are looking
for a solid career path - this could be the opportunity for you.
The primary responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist role are
to process all of the day-to-day accounts receivable transactions
for the company. Daily duties include - processing customer
payments, reconciliation of all credit card transactions and
resolving any unbilled orders. Strong Accounts Receivables. An
ideal candidate will identify areas for process improvement. Strong
computer skills, a BA degree and a detailed understanding of the
Accounting process will be keys to success in this Accounting
