Job Description Our client is a quickly growing local Petaluma
startup company that builds high end, artistic building structures.
They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative
Specialist to join their team and help support the operation as
they launch this awesome product. Do you love wearing multiple hats

we need you on our team Let---s talk. Essential Functions: The
Administrative Specialist leads administrative support services for
the entire company. Working closely with the Director of Operations
they ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. In collaboration
with executive leadership and management they ensure company
initiatives and overall goals are executed. Responsibilities:
Oversee management and upkeep of the office environment. Answer and
direct phone calls. Organize and schedule meetings as needed.
Create and document standard processes and procedures. Assist with
recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Administer
employee benefits programs. Review employee expense reports and
process payments. Work with managers to implement the company---s
policies and goals. Coordinate staff events and team building
exercises. Support company projects and initiatives. Assist
department managers with a variety of tasks and needs. Skills and
Abilities: Excellent people, organization and communication skills.
Ability to work as a self-starter while collaborating as part of a
team. Able to maintain calm under pressure and thrive dealing with
the unexpected. Strong problem solving skills; social and tactical.
Organized and detail oriented. Ability to manage project timelines
and meet deadlines. Comfortable using a variety of technology
applications (e.g. Google Suite, Asana, Zenefits, etc). Ability to
type 50 words per minute or more. Fluency in English (fluency in
Spanish a plus). Experience: High School diploma required, college
degree strongly preferred Minimum 3 years in administrative support
or operations related role required. Physical demands: Ability to
meet physical demands of an office environment. Ability to sit or
stand for prolonged periods. Additional information: Work location
is primarily in our Petaluma office. Work hours are typically
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Hours may vary based on demand and assigned
tasks. During the screening process applicants may be expected to
complete skills aptitude tests. We are unable to sponsor a visa
this time. Job Type: Full-time
