Year Up invites motivated and talented young adults to join our Customer Service Fundamentals JOB Training Program within the dynamic field of Education & Training. This intensive one-year development program is designed to bridge the employment gap by providing essential customer service skills, educational curriculum, and hands-on internship experiences. Successful candidates will benefit from personalized instruction, collaborative project work, and direct connection to industry professionals, concluding the program with the resources and confidence to excel in customer service roles across various industries. Participate actively in all training sessions, workshops, and scheduled classes. Engage in mentorship opportunities with industry leaders to cultivate essential customer service skills. Complete hands-on projects and real-world assignments to demonstrate skill development and knowledge acquisition. Attend and participate in networking events and career fairs organized by Year Up and partner institutions. Collaborate with peers in team projects to develop effective customer service strategies and solutions.
