Job Description:
Aya Education is looking for a Travel Special Education Teacher
to support children with moderate to severe disabilities,
facilitating personalized educational plans and inclusive learning
environments. This position will require travel to various
locations to ensure that all students benefit from our innovative
learning solutions. As an educator with Aya Education, you will
play a pivotal role in enhancing student outcomes by adapting
educational materials and methods to meet the specific needs of
each student within special education programs. Develop and
implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
with moderate to severe disabilities. Travel to various educational
settings to provide consistent support and instruction. Collaborate
with other teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure a
comprehensive approach to education. Adapt teaching methods and
materials to meet the needs and capabilities of students. Monitor
and report on student progress towards IEP goals. Attend and
contribute to training sessions and staff meetings to enhance and
update educational practices. Strong understanding of special
education regulations and methodologies. Ability to create and
implement effective IEPs. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Capability to adapt teaching methods and materials based on
student needs. Proficient in managing and organizing documents and
schedules for travel. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
