We have an amazing opportunity for a driven and curious Design Engineer focused on site civil design to support our team.Job DetailsMinimum Skills2+ years of industry experienceBachelor's degree in Engineering - Civil and/or EnvironmentalExercises sound judgment on details of work and in application of standard methods for conventional and innovative work.Ability to apply prescribed techniques and procedures in accordance with established criteria to perform assigned tasks as a part of broader assignmentsHas the ability to work with multiple site base-files oriented in different coordinate frames and varying unitsExperience in putting together plan set packages and providing redlines for draftersProficient in assembling and collating plan set packagesConstruction Documentation experience on Commercial, Institutional, and Residential projectsKnowledge of civil design programs (Civil 3D, LDT, Storm and Sewer Analysis, Hydro CAD, Flowmasters, StormCAD, etc.) Experience with water/wastewater process modeling simulation software (e.g., BioWin, GPS-X) Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)Certifications or other sustainability-oriented accreditation preferred (iLEED , Envision, Living Building Challenge, EcoDistricts) What We OfferOwn a part of the firm with ESOP eligibility after one yearFlexible working - with every other Friday off100% employer-paid portion of competitive base Health plans, including PPO and HMO options, and significantly discounted Dental and Vision plans1% Learning and Development stipend to use as you see fitGenerous PTO and 8 paid holidaysAutomatic 401k enrollmentFun team events, lunches, and happy hours to get to know colleagues outside of workA tangible opportunity to truly help the environment!Interested in hearing more?
