Job Description Job Description Description: LDI Mechanical, Inc. is currently looking for self-motivated individuals in the Multifamily HVAC industry to join our team of professionals. We are currently Looking for an Entry Level Start up and troubleshooting technician. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: · Perform Start up process on newly installed multi-family HVAC Hydronic, Heat Pump, VRV, VRF equipment · Inspect, maintain and repair various HVAC equipment · Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions · Assist with installation of new HVAC systems · Perform other duties as assigned Benefits after introductory period include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vol Life, Vol AD&D, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay & 401k with employer match Requirements: · Must have 1-year work experience in the HVAC Trade or Trade School · Must have EPA Certification · Able to work independently and full time, Monday – Friday (occasional weekends), year round · All candidates must pass a pre-placement drug screen and background check · Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, as determined by company standards
