San Francisco | EV & Hybrid Focus $45–$55/hr base pay utilization
bonus (Earning Potential $120,000) 100% employer-paid medical,

Technician who knows their way around complex diagnostics, enjoys
solving problems others can't, and wants to work somewhere that

independent shop in San Francisco that specializes in EVs and
hybrids—and we're growing. Our shop blends advanced technology with
a structured, supportive environment where great technicians can do
their best work without burning out. If you're excited by EV

you'll fit right in here. This role is for you if you: Have 7 years
of hands-on automotive repair experience Bring strong diagnostic
skills , especially with electrical, EV, or hybrid systems Can work
independently and step into a mentor role when needed Have a valid
driver's license and clean driving record Believe learning never
stops and actually enjoy leveling up your skills Have Tesla or
dealership experience (preferred, not required) What you'll get in
return: Compensation: $45–$55/hour base pay plus utilization
bonuses (Total earning potential $120,000) Benefits: 100%
