Occupational Health Manager - Registered Nurse needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Rosa, CA!

  What You'll Be Doing:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Provide leadership, direction and general supervision of team members
    
  • Coordinate with the Regional Director in the development, creation and implementation of programs, policies and procedures both system-wide and to meet local requirements
    
  • Responsible for managing labor and department expenses on a daily basis
    
  • Oversee daily operations and functions of Occupational Health, including staffing supervision and general orientation of new providers
    
  • Supervise Occupational Health team members and provide guidance and advice regarding services
    
  • Evaluate performance, mentor team members, and manage behavior and expectations
    
  • Collaborate with key department leaders to optimize services provided
    
  • Participate in regulatory surveys, sharing policies, processes and key contributions of Occupational Health
    
  • Regularly research Federal and State statutes and regulations related to employee health and safety to remain in compliance with local, state and federal requirements
    
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy of data entry, use of standard operating procedures and quality assurance
    
    
    What You Need to Bring to the Table:
    
    
    
    Active and unrestricted California-RN licensure
    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
    Six (6) years of experience in Occupational or Employee Health
    Four (4) years of Leadership experience
    Experience in supervising healthcare regulatory compliance preferred
    ???????Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) a plus
