Manager, Partner Education is responsible for planning, managing,
and developing the education strategy to support the company's
partner experience initiatives. This key role will lead execution
of educational content development, platform/UX improvement and
event programs. This cross-functional role requires day to day
management of the partner education platform, while simultaneously
championing new education programs & content.
- Define and execute learning experience strategies and roadmap
for existing and future education initiatives
- Be the evangelist and primary knowledge expert on our partner
education platform
- Work with Partner Experience and key subject matter experts to
develop engaging content that meets the learning goals and
objectives of different audiences
- Evaluates "as is" state of learning, considers immediate and
long-term organizational needs and aspirations and drafts a
strategy to achieve expected outcomes
- Define KPIs, set targets, and build a plan that gets us to meet
and exceed those targets
- Lead the education team on maintenance of current
certifications & other content, establishing a schedule for content
review, revision, and delivery.
- Measure the effectiveness of training design through the
creation of assessments, activities, and evaluations that gauge the
mastery of learning objectives during and after training.
- Make recommendations on delivery method, curriculum content,
and supporting materials to ensure mastery of learning
objectives
- Drive increased usage, engagement, adoption of the content and
platform
- Research existing and emerging methods in the areas of
instructional design, multimedia development, and accessibility in
order to evaluate and assess their applicability to SVB needs
- Partners across teams to manage schedules and budgets, define
engagement strategy, evaluate results, and determine
modifications
- Partner with Supplier Management to drive increased
sponsorships for Intelisys University
- Collaborates and influences cross-functional partners and
leadership to ensure continued engagement and understanding of key
project deliverables
- Establish and administer best practice user experience policies
for delivering curriculum to Sales Partners
- Build and maintain valued relationships with key stakeholders,
subject matter experts, and external vendors
- Other duties as assigned Reporting Relationships: -
- Directly supervised by Director, Product Marketing
Requirements: -
- 5+ years in program or project management
- 3+ years developing, implementing, and continuously improving
online and in-person learning experiences
- Experienced with Docebo, or other LMS platforms
- Agile mindset - Desire to deliver a first draft quickly and
then iterate as feedback is received
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and at multiple layers
of the organization
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization
skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Positive attitude and team-building motivator to manage
multi-faceted projects in fast paced everchanging environment
- Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well
as perform assignments autonomously Physical Requirements: -
- Ability to sit or stand at a computer terminal for long periods
of time.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and
in-office attendance designated for this position.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
