Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking product vision and
strategy that aligns with TomoCredit's long-term business
objectives.
- Lead comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and
user research to identify new product opportunities and areas for
growth.
- Own and manage a strategic product roadmap, ensuring timely
delivery of high-impact features.
- Prioritize product initiatives by balancing user needs,
business goals, and technical constraints.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing,
and operations teams to deliver best-in-class product
solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders,
providing regular updates on product progress and strategy.
- Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through
launch and post-launch optimizations.
- Analyze product performance through KPIs and data insights,
iterating on the product to maximize user engagement and business
outcomes.
- Advocate for user-centric design and foster a customer-first
mindset across teams.
- Lead usability testing and feedback sessions to refine product
features and user experiences.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech
or a fast-paced technology environment.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling impactful
products.
- Strong technical background with the ability to translate
complex concepts into clear product requirements.
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, Agile development
methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder
management skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with experience in analytics tools
and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira,
Confluence, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Google
Analytics, Mixpanel).Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field.Soft Skills:
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced startup
environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive,
results-oriented approach.
