Role OverviewThe Good Eating Company is seeking a dynamic
individual for the role of General Manager to support our client in
San Jose, California.The General Manager will lead a multi-faceted
operation that includes two caf--s, catering, vending, and pantry
programs, with a frontline team of 20 employees and 4 managers. We
are passionate about providing delectable, fresh food. Our pride

- The TGEC liaison with the client and owner of client
relationships
- Coordination with internal TGEC resources to deliver a seamless
experience for client employees
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Mentor a solid team who share the same level of commitment and
passion for hospitality: quality presentation, customer service,
professionalism
- Demonstrate diplomatic skills to work with customers and

- A strong background in hospitality and restaurants, with a
genuine passion for sharing that with staff and clients
- Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the
ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional
communication skills, and exhibit a passion for high-level customer
service
- Experience in front and back of house operations, including
food, bar, and beverage service, with superb guest relations
abilities
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a
