Job Description:

The Operating Room RN is responsible for aiding surgeons in the OR. Operating Room Registered Nurses will prep the operating room and the patient for surgery and make positive that all medical equipment is safe and working correctly.Responsibilities:Operating Room RN duties include:

Analyzing the health of the patient before, during and after the operation.
Anticipate what the surgeons need and hand instruments and medical supplies to them during operations.
Preserving and logging all items needed for lab work.

Requirements

One year of experience as an Operating Room RN within the past two years.
- Active Nursing License in good standing.
- Up to date BLS through American Heart Association.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
