• Date: 2023-03-02 A 175 bed hospital in Sonoma County is actively recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to work with the Emergency Department. The Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Emergency Room will work with the Emergency Department nursing leadership team which consists of an experienced ED Nurse Manager and ER Nurse Director. Moreover, the Clinical Nurse Specialist will work with the Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement teams at this Medical Center and ensure evidence-based practice and quality patient outcomes.The Emergency Department at this community hospital she's approximately 50,000 patients annually. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will work alongside the Certified Emergency Nurses (CEN) and ensure staff competencies, consult on unique patient cases, and help promote the nursing profession. -The Clinical Nurse Specialist will have protective timer for clinical research.
