• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• BLS needed
• 18 - 22 patients per day, adults only, will consider FM for adults only
• Standard primary care procedures
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
