Salary range: $310,439 to $320,040 Practice as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician at The Permanente Medical Group and choose a 4- or 5-day schedule with dedicated panel management time and virtual care career opportunities. Exciting incentives are available throughout Northern California. We offer positions with a flexible base schedule of 4-days a week and pro-rated compensation. Opportunities for virtual care. Schedules include dedicated panel management time to use for inbox, phone calls, etc. Specific schedules will consider site need and physician preference. Reduced schedules (with pro-rated compensation) may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
