We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to build a meaningful practice with a strong emphasis on primary care, gender-affirming care, and HIV care, all while serving diverse, multicultural populations in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide outpatient primary care, including gender-affirming and HIV care, to patients across all ages. Focus on patient-centered care in a high-volume, integrated setting. Participate in professional development and mentoring programs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive, collegial culture.
