Job Description California, Endocrinologist Job Opening ~ Greater San Francisco Bay Area We are seeking a board certified or board eligible endocrinologist to join a highly respected medical group serving Marin County and surrounding communities. Key Details: Full-time, outpatient-focused position (36 patient-facing hours/week), with shared call responsibilities primarily triaged by phone.Provide comprehensive endocrine care to adults, with some inpatient consults at a state-of-the-art acute care hospital.Supported by three experienced endocrinologists, a nurse practitioner, and a multidisciplinary diabetes care team.Practice utilizes Epic electronic health records for seamless care coordination.Participate in both ADA-accredited outpatient and JCAHO-accredited inpatient diabetes care programs, including opportunities for clinical research and education.Compensation range is $275,000–$350,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, EAP, and employer-matched retirement plan).Potential for teaching and/or academic appointment through a leading regional medical center. Qualifications: MD/DO, board certified or eligible in Endocrinology (with intent to certify within 1 year).License (or eligibility) to practice in California.Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and experience.Interest in diabetes care; research experience preferred.Spanish language skills a plus, but not required.
