Medical Group – Dominican , a physician-led, patient-centered
organization, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our
well-established, collegial team in beautiful Santa Cruz,
California . This opportunity will be based at Dominican Hospital .
Opportunity Highlights Collaborative, supportive team environment
with strong physician leadership Open ICU with no procedures or
codes required (optional procedures if desired) Blend of rounding
and admitting/swing shifts with additional admitting/swing shifts
available for extra compensation Emphasis on quality of care and
physician autonomy Opportunity to precept and mentor APPs and
residents Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $315-340k
annually Productivity-based bonus potential Sign-on Bonus: $60,000
Relocation Assistance: $20,000 Full suite of benefits including:

Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
