Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, FT. One Saturday a month is required. - Patients per day: 21 - Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic - Scope: Standard Primary Care - State Licensure: California Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA) - Responsibility for Mid-Levels: Yes - Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less ?
