Area Manager — Fast-growing Japanese QSR Help us expand the future
of healthy, Japanese-inspired food. Onigilly is a fast-growing, Bay
Area-based brand on a mission to bring healthy and handy Japanese
food to everyone—starting with our popular onigiri rice balls. We
currently operate 6 locations and are opening several more this
summer. We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Area Manager to
support our store teams, drive performance, and maintain our high
standards across multiple locations. Compensation: $90,000 -
$100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Lead and inspire store teams to
deliver exceptional customer experiences at each location. Ensure
consistent implementation of operational standards across all
restaurants, maintaining our brand's high quality. Collaborate with
store managers to develop and execute strategies that drive sales
and increase profitability. Monitor and analyze key performance
indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous learning, encouraging
staff to reach their full potential. Oversee inventory management
to optimize stock levels and reduce waste, ensuring
cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with marketing teams to implement
local promotions and community engagement initiatives that boost
brand visibility and customer loyalty in the area. Qualifications:
Experience in managing multiple retail or restaurant locations,
ensuring consistent quality and performance. Ability to lead and
motivate diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and
growth. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and
enhancing customer satisfaction. Strong analytical skills to
monitor sales data and identify growth opportunities. Familiarity
with food safety regulations and standards to maintain high-quality
operations. Excellent communication skills to effectively
collaborate with store managers and marketing teams. Ability to
develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency
