organization in the Office industry, is seeking a Help Desk Tier 1
to join their team. As a Help Desk Tier 1, you will be part of the
IT Support team supporting internal staff and clients. The ideal
candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer
service orientation, and patience, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: Help Desk Tier 1 Location: Dublin, OH
Remote work after training. *Must live in the Central OH area) Pay
Range: $25 per hour Shift: 1st & 2nd What's the Job? Provide Tier-1
IT help desk support to end-users via phone, email, and remote
tools Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network
issues Answer questions regarding new software implementations and
updates Support data migration processes and POS system inquiries
when necessary Maintain accurate documentation of support
activities and resolutions What's Needed? At least 1 year of Help
Desk experience Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with Help Desk ticketing and data processing Patience
and empathy when assisting users unfamiliar with technology
Experience with POS systems and data migration is preferred
Equipment Provided by Client What's in it for me? Competitive
