Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical
engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience manufacturing test
solutions for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). Experience
generating product-specific test plans and executing testing
accordingly. Experience developing or integrating manufacturing
test hardware using custom electronics, fixturing, and
instrumentation. Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience
with architecting complex manufacturing test solutions for
CPU/GPU-based products. Experience with creating manufacturing test
strategies that cover from structural through functional and system
test. Ability to communicate effectively on project requirements
and schedules. About the job Google's custom-designed equipment
makes an impact on computing infrastructures. The Manufacturing
Operations team is responsible for providing the manufacturing
capability for Google's computing infrastructure. As a Product
Manufacturing Test Lead, you will lead the deployment of test
infrastructure, and will be responsible for understanding new
product introduction (NPI) program test strategies, developing and
managing test development schedules, managing test development
budgets, and overall execution of test development. You will lead
test development engineering teams to ensure products test
infrastructure is designed, developed, and deployed on time to

salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$209,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

execute board and system-level test development activities.
Coordinate dependencies across internal teams and external
partners. Manage capacity, schedule, and risks for manufacturing
test development projects and alignment with NPI program schedules.
Lead manufacturing test development teams through planning,
development, and deployment of test solutions to support volume
manufacturing. Drive communication with stakeholders for test
development status via reviews and dashboards, work with design
engineering teams on DFT, and manage dependencies for test
development. Develop technical documentation used for product test
strategies, test plans, and test processes.
