are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Fleet Manager with strong
plumbing knowledge to oversee inventory, materials, tools, and
fleet operations while ensuring technicians are fully supported and
jobs are properly staged for success. Position Overview The
Warehouse & Fleet Manager plays a critical operational role,
ensuring that technicians have the right materials, tools, and
equipment exactly when they need them. This position manages all
warehouse operations, inventory control, vendor coordination, and
fleet maintenance while supporting field operations as needed.
Success in this role requires hands-on plumbing knowledge, strong
organizational skills, and experience in a service-based warehouse
environment. Responsibilities and Expectations Manage all inbound
and outbound materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper tracking
within company systems Oversee ordering, stocking, returns, and
vendor coordination to prevent shortages or delays Stage materials
for next-day installs by reviewing sold jobs and preparing required
parts Source hard-to-find or specialty plumbing parts when needed
Ensure warehouse safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and
organization are consistently upheld Coordinate fleet management,
including vehicle maintenance tracking, service scheduling,
inspections, and compliance Ensure all service vehicles are clean,
stocked, and ready for daily dispatch Identify opportunities to
improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control operational costs
Assist in the field when needed, including running the hydro-jetter
or providing lifting support for technicians Requirements Warehouse
experience in a service company is required (plumbing service
preferred; UPS, Tesla, FedEx, or non-service warehouses do not
qualify) Strong residential plumbing knowledge is a must, including
familiarity with parts, materials, and job requirements Experience
with inventory management and material staging for service or
install teams Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel Ability to
support physical job duties when required, including lifting and
field assistance Strong organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills Preferred but Not Required: Experience with
ServiceTitan software Bilingual (English/Spanish) What Can We Do
for You? Hourly pay ranging from $32–$45 per hour, based on
experience Full-time, stable weekday schedule (Monday–Friday,

this position is expected to range between $32.00 – $45.00 per
hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on qualifications
necessary for the position, including experience, training, and
other considerations permitted by law. Factors used in determining
an offer may include skills, experience, expected performance, and
internal pay alignment.
