Assist with daily payment posting functions.
Process client account receivable payments for clients.
Prepare monthly and semi-monthly commissions reports.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax filings for
Record various transactions in QuickBooks.
Process client remit payments monthly.
Maintain various accounting schedules s assigned.

Knowledge and Experience
High School Education
Associate’s degree or certificate in accounting a plus
Accounting, bank teller, or related experience a plus
Skills and Abilities
Computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook
10 key by touch
Good problem-solving and analytical
Proven ability to work independently
Hours: 40 hours/week – some Saturdays
