You can learn more about us by watching the following video: Job Description Job Summary Hansel Toyota's Service Coordinators work with our customers to meet and exceed their expectations of the Service Department. Responsibilities and Duties Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive Answer a multiple line phone system Complete service documents as necessary Create service appointments and make follow-up calls Assist in managing the service loaner fleet To Apply -form/2968 Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Multiple-line telephone experience is important Manage/deescalate high stress calls Able to meet and greet the public with enthusiasm Display the highest level of professionalism Must be reliable and punctual Pass a drug test Able to utilize computerized tracking systems Desire and demonstrated commitment to greatness Additional Information Benefits and Perks Medical Benefits Dental Plan Vision Plan 401-K (Company Match at One Year) Flexible Spending Plans Growth Path Work with Great People Employee Discounts on vehicles, service and parts
