Job Description:

Henry Curtis Ford is looking for a Full-Time Service Coordinator to work in our Petaluma Ford facility. The right candidate will have professional telephone manners and be great with people.

Pay Range:
The Service Coordinator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.06 and $20.00.

Responsibilities and Duties
--- Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive
--- Answer a multiple line phone system
--- Complete service documents as necessary
--- Create service appointments and make follow-up calls
--- Assist in managing the service loaner fleet
--- Embody hospitality every day in every way
--- Work well in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Skills
--- Multiple-line telephone experience is important
--- Manage/deescalate high stress calls
--- Able to meet and greet the public with enthusiasm
--- Display the highest level of professionalism
--- Must be reliable and punctual
--- Pass a drug test
--- Able to utilize computerized tracking systems
--- Desire and demonstrated commitment to greatness
--- Previous Service or Phone experience within a dealership is a huge plus
--- Team player with a positive attitude
