  The Gist
  
  Identify, promote, and cultivate relationships with the Lagunitas Customers by communicating status on company KPIs and initiatives. This position will work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure distributor partners are up to date on communications. The Distributor Communications Specialist will be responsible for aiding our sales team in managing sales performance by providing consistent and clear performance updates.
  
  
  
  What You'll Do
  
  
  
  Distribute KPI communications internally and externally weekly and monthly. KPIs to include:
  
  
  performance vs. agreed upon goals
  gaps versus mandates in both on and off premise accounts
  new ad activity and execution
  gaps in inventory
  incentive tracking updates
  merchandise tracking
  pricing updates
  depletion allowance updates
  
  
  Maintain and create consistent messaging practices with internal stakeholders and external distributor partners.
  Manage internal distributor communications to increase efficiencies.
  Document all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.
  Create and manage customer contacts database.
  Distribute monthly reports summarizing the prior months' activity to management.
  Update leadership on status of KPIs.
  Understand and document how KPIs are developed and tracked.
  Distribute communications to engage and encourage internal team members and customers to hit targets.
  Develop and maintain close working relationships with key sales stake holders.
  
  
  
  
  What We're Lookin' For
  
  

  
  Ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives and prioritize projects.
  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  Ability to work independently, without a lot of oversight.
  Solid understanding of the Lagunitas voice and values.
  Passion for Lagunitas, the craft beer industry, and public relations.
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and public speaking experience.
  Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees as necessary.
  Demonstrated capacity to cultivate strong relationships within the organization
  
  
  
  
  PreferredQualifications
  
  

  
  Comfortable working with large data sets.
  Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing or equivalent preferred.
