• Champion emerging technologies like AI, RPA, and automation to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation across IT and the wider organization by encouraging adoption of forward-thinking solutions.
• Lead the Digital Solutions team in delivering user-centric tools that create a seamless and efficient digital workplace.
• Spearhead automation initiatives for onboarding/offboarding, collaboration platforms, SharePoint strategy, document management, intranet, search, and workflow orchestration.
• Oversee the management and enhancement of the intranet and enterprise mobile applications.What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field; Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with employee productivity platforms; experience with enterprise Gen AI initiatives is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Slack Enterprise.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to present to executive stakeholders and simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
  • Adept at building inclusive, technically advanced teams with a focus on innovation and emerging tech.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and sound in judgment.
  • Committed to privacy, security best practices, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
