• Providing professional and efficient support to ICT customers by participating in 3rd level support for problem management and request fulfillment.
• Managing and supporting security and network infrastructure core components (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Juniper, etc.).
• Deploying and supporting security datacenter infrastructure solutions.
• Ensuring optimized utilization of infrastructure resources.
• Creating and improving procedures, facilitating communication, and supporting problem resolution.Your Profile
  • Master's degree or equivalent knowledge, experience, and competencies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or building customer security infrastructure and networking.
  • Deep understanding of network and security infrastructure (BGP, Firewall, Load balancer).
  • Python scripting knowledge to improve efficiency in datacenter components administration.
  • Good organizational skills and capacity to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and customer focus.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Solution-driven with sharp analytical skills.
