Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative that
is customer service oriented, and is proficient with data entry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall customer
service requests with a high level of professionalism, and performs
some administrative duties in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to all customer inquiries via phones
- Receives/reviews customer orders
- Researches and resolves customer complaints
- Maintains data base systems
- Prepares reports
- Data entry
Requirements:
- Two years related experience
- Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
- Detail oriented, and can multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, but who can work independently
- Proficient in MS Word, and Excel
