Job Description Tomales Bay Foods, home of Cowgirl Creamery, is looking for someone to join our dynamic warehouse team. This position is responsible for assisting in the smooth, efficient warehouse operations of Tomales Bay Foods, the distribution arm of our company. You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor to accomplish daily and weekly goals, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. What You Bring: --- An efficient, detail-oriented work style --- Great communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork --- Positive, can-do attitude and a flexible mindset --- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently --- Ability to work comfortably in variable temperature environments --- Ability to stand and work for up to 4 hrs at a time What You'll Do: --- Help fulfill daily wholesale orders for both delivery and shipping customers --- Ensure consistent quality of cheeses by following proper cheese care and rotation guidelines --- Assist with weekly and monthly inventory counts --- Help keep our warehouse clean and organized Perks & Pay: --- This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position.
