Title: Maintenance Technician IIILocation: Petaluma, CADuration:10+ monthsPay rate: 25- 30/hr depending upon experienceSHIFT: Training is 1 month Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm, after training complete employee will be assigned to intended schedule. Sunday to Wednesday 10 hours, 7am to 5:30pm or Sunday to Thursday, 7am to 3:30pm. Based on candidates' preference 10 or 8 hours.*MANDATORY**- Must have experience working with Injection Molding & Industrial Exp- Must have manufacturing exp, not looking for exp in any other fieldsWhat are the absolutely "Must Have qualifications for the role?Preferably injection molding machine repair background, electrical 240v 480v experience on schematics and understand that the position is for maintenance tech and facility maintenance.What are some "Nice to have qualifications?Injection molding machine experience background, electrical.Walk me through a "Day in the life . You come in and have your coffee...what happens next?We have a system based on daily tickets, machines need to be fix, light need to be replaced any type of request that can go from taking a machine a part to clean and clogged a toilet. In case we don't get a ticket we have Preventive maintenance to perform and also equipment that needs to be repaired/maintain. Every day can't be something new.Is this a temp-to-hire, or just a temp role?If just temp, how long? Temp to hire Position 12 months. Also depends on the performance of candidates and ethics, and professionalism.Is there overtime? Is it mandatory?Overtime is based on company needs/optional overtime will be notify one week prior needing the employee to work overtime. Events can happen were employee maybe required to stay or coming early with short notice.INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1- 30 MIN MS Teams interview and then if they are asked for 2nd round that will include onsite for a tour.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:" Advanced industrial mechanic skills and knowledge." Basic skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics." Basic experience with air compressors, compressed air dryers, refrigeration, HVAC and Chillers." Basic experience with painting, carpentry and small-scale construction." Basic knowledge of 5-S principles." Ability to work in fast paced production environment under high volume/high quality standards." Ability to work overtime, off shifts and call ins as required." Work well within a team environment and ability to work independently, self-motivated." Excellent verbal and written communication skills." Bilingual preferred." Follow company policies and safety rules." PC skills required including Microsoft Office." Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.TB_HL
