Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia, and Europe. Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate dealership user training and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide AEC training to OEM partners and dealership staff.
• Obtain critical milestone signoffs from key dealership contacts.
• Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them effectively and efficiently.
• Manage training and setup items in an organized manner, keeping detailed notes, and completing all checklist items in our implementation runbook.
• Maintain a positive attitude during high-stress situations with dealer partners, OEM partners, and internal teams.
• Be a fast learner and stay in touch with fast-changing SaaS solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of Tekion products, including end-user workflows and configurations.
• Understand implementation processes, including the roles and responsibilities of internal teams involved in the project.
• Represent Tekion professionally in all dealership interactions.
• Work closely with the Implementation partner to set and manage dealership expectations. Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of automotive SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven experience implementing SaaS solutions in both large and small auto dealerships.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with all stakeholder levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the retail automotive industry, including terminology and dealership processes.
  • Ability to articulate technical jargon into understandable language for adult learners.
  • Ability to translate customer suggestions into technical deliverables for Tekion's Product & Support teams.
  • 3+ years in Project Management or as a Project Lead is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%.
  • Ability to work with minimal instruction on day-to-day tasks and general instructions on new assignments. Perks and Benefits
