For the latest news from Aurora, visitor follow us on.We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support our supply chain team with purchase order (PO) issuance, tracking, and analytics-driven decision making. This role will play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate execution of POs, maintaining data integrity across systems, and providing visibility into procurement activity through dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of procurement operations, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enable smarter sourcing decisions.In this role, you will

• Issue, track, and manage purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Analyze procurement, cost, and supplier data using analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and R to drive sourcing decisions and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time visibility into PO status, supplier performance, and spend trends. Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Holistics, Mode, or Tableau is preferred
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues (e.g., delays, shortages, variances) and recommend data-backed corrective actions
• Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations and reports using MS Office or G-Suite to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in business reviews and supplier scorecarding by delivering meaningful metrics and trend analysis
• Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP/procurement systems to support strategic analysis and executive decision-making
• Perform ad hoc analytics and reporting to support program builds and operational readiness initiatives.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations analytics preferred
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDesirable Qualifications
    • Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems
    • Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems is a plus.The base salary range for this position is $93,000 - $149,000. Aurora's pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions.
