To achieve this, they must effectively manage sales personnel; have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data.Pay: $66,000/year-$96,000/year + BonusResponsibilities
  Desking deals, closing deals and overcoming objectionsCreate action plan and effectively manage sales staffIdentify coaching needs and promote training opportunitiesAssisting individual salespeople in setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goalsTracking all customers and making sure all leads are logged along with effective follow up for all potential buyers by monitoring a prospecting and sales CRM systemSet an example of professionalism through actions and appearanceEnsure that all salespeople meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, ups, and closesWork closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methodsSet objectives for achieving sales and gross profitsLeading daily sales meetings and conducting sales trainingReviewing inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of stock for maximum turnover efficiencyQualifications

  Minimum 3 years auto sales management experience requiredProven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goalsExcellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong written and communication skillsConsistent and stable work historyValid driver's license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and work ethicBenefits
