  • Follow up on company generated appointments -
  • Develop effective referral/self-generation sales strategies -
  • Design and create detailed solar energy plans and proposals - -
  • Close contracts in-home and virtually -
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients during the production process, while our dedicated project managers manage your projectsRequirements
    • 2+ years of proven track record in sales
    • Outstanding closing and follow-up skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -
    • Integrity, honesty, and ability to speak with any and all homeowners -
    • High proficiency with computers and online tools -
    • Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekend and evening hours - -
    • Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record - -
    • Current HIS license
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check -
    • Reliable and always available transportation
    • Fluent in Spanish strongly preferredNice-to-Have Skills
      • Salesforce or other CRM experience
      • Estimating experience
